Charlotte Walton is an associate in the corporate real estate group. Charlotte qualified as a barrister and solicitor in New Zealand in 2000 and as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2005.

She has experience in real estate funds and corporate real estate work. Her experience also covers a number of disposals of hotel and leisure portfolios in the UK.

Key transactions to date include:

• The formation of the Evans Randall European property fund.
• The restructuring and refinancing of Matrix Spinningfields Limited Partnership property fund.
• A subsequent closing of the subscription of the Greater London Fund including a subscription by IVG Euroselect Balance Portfolio UK GmbH & Co KG.
• The acquisition of the Gherkin at 30 St Mary's Axe, London EC3 by
• a joint venture between Evans Randall and IVG Immobilien which is currently being syndicated.
• The sale and management of the Caledonian Hilton Edinburgh by Hilton Hotels Corporation to the Caledonian Operating Company Limited.
• The sale and management of the Hilton London Metropole and Hilton Birmingham Metropole by Hilton Hotels Corporation to Tonstate Group.
• The sale of the Livingwell gyms by the Hilton Group.
