Andreas joined SJ Berwin in 2000 and became a partner in 2007. Andreas advises on a broad range of corporate transactions, with particular focus on venture capital financing and leveraged buy-outs, acting for venture capital funds and buy-out houses, as well as for venture capital backed companies.

Andreas studied in Tübingen, Leiden and Philadelphia (LL.M., University of Pennsylvania, Fulbright Scholar). Andreas is also qualified as an attorney-at-law in New York.
