Inga joined SJ Berwin LLP in 2007 and is working as associate in the firm's Corporate Department in Frankfurt. Inga advises German and international clients on a broad range of corporate matters and her practice focuses on corporate transactions including private equity, buy-outs and other M&A transactions. Inga also has experience on corporate real estate matters.
Prior to joining SJ Berwin LLP, Inga gathered work experience in the litigation department of a major German law firm and at the legal department of the German railways in Berlin. Inga studied law at the Universities of Cologne, Heidelberg, Lausanne (Swiss) and Bonn and completed a clerkship at the District Court of Berlin. She received her doctoral degree from the University of Cologne.
