William Tomlinson, qualified as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and of the High Court in Australia in 2002.

He has experience in corporate, corporate real estate and development work with particular emphasis on capital raising structures

for the acquisition and development of corporate real estate. He also has experience in the preparation, establishment and

registration of managed investment schemes.

William's recent experience includes the disposal of a number of  hotel and leisure portfolios and the disposal of commercial

property portfolios in London. William also has experience in real estate funds work, and has assisted in establishing and

structuring major European real estate investment schemes.
