Jason Tann qualified in 1999 and joined the Real Estate Division of SJ Berwin in early 2003 from a magic circle firm.  He has wide transactional experience in all aspects of real estate including property investment and development, property finance, landlord and tenant and corporate real estate matters.  He has advised on the real estate aspects of development transactions for a number of clients including a FTSE 100 property company and has advised a range of businesses in connection with their own occupation requirements
