Anthony Tulloch heads the funds group in the Frankfurt office of SJ Berwin.

He has been involved in the private equity sector in Germany since 1987 and since then has advised on many management buy-outs and other M&A transactions. Today his focus is mainly on fund formation, specifically on private equity and venture capital funds, hedge funds and other forms of alternative investment, but he continues to advise on structuring buy-outs and on questions of international taxation.

He has published on the reorganisation of companies, taxation of controlled foreign companies and on the MBO and venture capital sector in Germany.

Anthony Tulloch leitet die Fondsgruppe im Frankfurter Büro.

Er ist seit 1987 im Private Equity Bereich in Deutschland tätig, und hat seitdem bei vielen Management Buy-outs und anderen M&A-Transaktionen beraten. Heute richtet sich sein Fokus hauptsächlich auf die Fondsgründung und -gestaltung, insbesondere für Private Equity and Venture Capital Fonds, Hedge-Fonds und andere Formen der Alternativen Investments.

Er berät jedoch weiterhin in Fragen der Buy-out-Strukturierung sowie des internationalen Steuerrechts. Veröffentlichungen zum Umwandlungsrecht, zur Hinzurechnungsbesteuerung und zum MBO und Venture Capital Markt in Deutschland.
