Patrick Ryan is a partner in the Real Estate Division. He has extensive experience across the full spectrum of commercial conveyancing legal practice, covering all aspects of both single and portfolio property sale/purchase transactions and landlord and tenant work, relating to all types of properties, ranging from city office buildings to industrial estates to out of town retail and leisure parks. He has dealt with many investments in the healthcare sector and PFI transactions.

Patrick has extensive experience in development work (including mixed use projects): site assembly, title investigation, pre-letting, funding and construction aspects.

He has also dealt with/led the real estate aspects of the full range of corporate share and asset transactions.

Patrick holds a BA in law and history from Monash University, Melbourne Australia and an LLM from University College, London, the latter with emphasis on environmental law in the UK and EC.
