Marlene Rasanayagam joined the Reconstruction and Insolvency Department of SJ Berwin in October 2000, having previously worked as an advocate and solicitor at Harry Elias Partnership in Singapore.

Marlene acts for a wide range of clients handling mainly insolvency related work of a contentious nature, including advising on contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, transactions at an undervalue, wrongful trading, fraudulent trading, misfeasance and directors' disqualification.

Marlene is also admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Singapore.
