Darren qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and has obtained a significant range of experience working across the fields of portfolio management, transactional and development work focussing on industrial trading estates and city office buildings for property companies and institutional clients.

Darren has significant development experience ranging from initial site assembly and title assembly, joint venture and funding arrangements through to pre-letting and disposal in acting for industrial companies and logistics providers and major city centre office developments.

Darren has also recently been involved in a number of high profile sale and leaseback transactions for major blue chip retail clients.
