Conrad advises English and German clients on the structuring and establishment
of onshore and offshore private equity funds, including carried interest issues,
secondary market transfers and complicated restructuring situations. Previous
involvement with infrastructure, real estate and venture capital funds on a pan-
European basis has provided him with a wide range of in-depth experience.

Conrad joined SJ Berwin in 2007, following two years practising financial services
law in Sydney. Before starting with the Funds team in the Munich office, Conrad
completed an international Master of Laws at the Humboldt University, Berlin
(2006) as a DAAD scholar.
