Munira Patel is an associate in the Corporate Finance Department. Munira studied at University College, London, joined SJ Berwin as a trainee in 2002 and qualified as a solicitor in the Corporate Finance Department in 2004.

Munira deals with all aspects of corporate finance work, both public and private, including fundraisings and IPOs, company and business acquisitions and disposals, venture capital, joint ventures, reorganisations and MBOs.  She advises both companies and corporate finance houses.
