Judith is a partner in the Tax Department specialising in all areas of personal tax for the exceptionally high net worth individual and their trusts and estates including issues arising as a result of foreign domicile, conflicts of laws and foreign investment.

Since 1994 she has been a part time VAT and Duties Tribunal Chairman and since 2002 has been a part time Special Commissioner. She sits on the Law Society's Sub-Committee on Income Tax. Called to the Bar in 1978.

Previously a partner at Berwin Leighton and Garretts before joining SJ Berwin as a partner in 2004.
