Dr. Frank Oschütz is an associate in the Munich office of SJ Berwin LLP. He works in the firm's M&A and Private Equity groups and specialises in buy-out transactions and venture capital investments.

In addition, he has been appointed legal adviser of the European Basketball Association "FIBA Europe" and regularly advises on sports law issues. Frank studied law at the universities in Erlangen, Germany (doctorate in 2003), Cork, Ireland as well as Geneva and Lausanne, Switzerland (LL.M. 2001). He wrote his doctoral thesis on "Arbitration in Sport".

Frank is also a member of the German Institute of Arbitration (DIS). Frank was admitted to the bar in Munich in 2001 as a "Rechtsanwalt". He joined SJ Berwin LLP in 2003 from Beiten Burkhardt in Munich.
