Dr. Tatjana Mühlbach joined the Munich office of SJ Berwin LLP as an associate in 2007. She works in the EU & Competition department and specialises in competition and antitrust law.

Before joining SJ Berwin, Tatjana worked for several years at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in the fields of competition law and EU law. She studied law at the University of Hamburg and worked as a researcher at the University of Oldenburg, the Europe College Hamburg and the University of Bordeaux, France. A recipient of the Hans Böckler Scholarship and the Marie Curie Fellowship, Tatjana holds a doctorate from the University of Hamburg. Her thesis focused on the applicability of EC antitrust law to collective labour agreements.
