Simon is an associate in the Private Equity Institutions Group of the Corporate Finance Department. He joined SJ Berwin in June 2006 having previously worked at Mony De Kerloy in Australia.

Simon deals with private equity investment fund structuring, fund formation and fund raising, investor negotiation and co-investment, carried interest and shareholder arrangements.
