Nick is a partner in the Real Estate Division.

He has gained extensive experience in many aspects of commercial real estate
work for a range of clients including quoted and private property companies,
property outsourcing companies, private investors and occupiers.

Nick has particular expertise in development projects and the acquisition and disposal
of high value investment properties. These transactions often lead to his involvement
with a cross departmental team providing advice on associated tax, finance and
corporate issues. Nick is also a member of the Investment Property Forum.
Chambers UK 2008 describes Nick as ‘a practical young partner who brings a
sense of commercial reality to a transaction’ and lists him as one of the up and
coming individuals in the London real estate sector.
