Boris joined SJ Berwin in 2002 and became a partner in the Frankfurt office in 2006. He is a certified German tax advisor and specialises in the tax efficient structuring of private equity and other M&A transactions (buy-outs and trade sales) and all kind of reorganisations (mergers, spin-offs, holding structures, recapitalisations).
 
Boris studied at the University of Applied Sciences in Worms. Before he joined SJ Berwin he worked in the international tax department of Ernst & Young. He was appointed as certified tax advisor ("Steuerberater") in 2001.
