Ben is an associate in SJ Berwin LLP's Intellectual Property Group. Ben qualified in 2006 and advises on all aspects of intellectual property protection and enforcement, including trade marks, patents, copyright, design rights, data protection, domain name disputes and passing off. In particular, Ben has a great deal of trade mark experience involving enforcement, clearance searching, filing and oppositions.

Ben has worked for clients across a number of industries including private equity companies, publishers, restaurant operators, paper manufacturers and food retailers, focusing on both hard and soft intellectual property rights.

From September 2008, Ben will be undertaking the Postgraduate Diploma in IP Law from Oxford University.
