Barri Mendelsohn is an associate in the Corporate Finance department. Barri studied law and economics at the University of Cape Town (South Africa) followed by the CPE and LPC at BPP Law School (London). Barri qualified as a solicitor in September 2005 having completed his training contract at SJ Berwin.

Barri deals with all aspects of corporate finance M&A work, both public and private, including company and business acquisitions and disposals, public takeovers, fundraisings and IPOs, joint ventures and reorganisations. Barri's work covers both domestic and international matters across a variety of sectors, with a focus on resources, property and technology companies.
