Andrew Moore is an Australian Associate in the Private Equity Institutions Group of the Corporate Finance Department. Andrew studied at the University of Western Australia, joined SJ Berwin in 2006 having previously worked at Blake Dawson Waldron, Sydney for 2 years and prior to that at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission for 5 years.

Andrew deals with private equity and venture capital fund formation matters, including all aspects of fund structuring and offers.
