Paige Howard-Smith was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in October 2001 after studying at The University of Auckland.  Paige joined SJ Berwin LLP as an Assistant Solicitor in the Corporate Finance Department in August 2004 having previously worked at Kensington Swan (formerly KPMG Legal), a leading corporate law firm based in New Zealand, for 4 years.

Paige has experience in all aspects of corporate finance M&A work concentrating on activity in the real estate sector. Her experience includes acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, off-shore unit trusts and flotations.
