Ed Hall is an associate in the Private Equity Institutions Group of the Corporate Finance Department. Ed qualified as a solicitor at SJ Berwin in 2006 after studying at Cambridge University.

Ed focuses mainly on the formation of private equity, real estate and infrastructure funds and has worked on various carried interest arrangements and co-investment schemes. Ed also has experience in corporate finance M&A work, joint ventures, venture capital investment and the tax aspects of private equity and property fund formation.
