David Goldberg is a Partner and Co-Head of the International Arbitration Group. He
specialises in International Commercial and Investment Arbitration and has
represented clients and acted as arbitrator in various jurisdictions. He is also involved
in advisory and transactional work in complex deals involving parties or assets in
Eastern Europe. David is a Chartered Arbitrator and member of the Professional
Committee of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

David has acted as a party appointed arbitrator, Chairman or Sole Arbitrator in
numerous ICC, LCIA, ICAC and ad hoc arbitrations, including under the UNCITPAL
Rules. He also represents clients in complex and high value arbitrations worldwide.

David is the Founder, Secretary General and a Trustee of the Anglo-Russian Law
Association. Being a native Russian speaker David has significant Eastern European
and CIS practice.

He is a member of the LCIA, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Swiss
Arbitration Association and is on the panel of recommended arbitrators of a number
of arbitration institutions including the International Commercial Arbitration Court at
the Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation.

David is the editor of the Russian version of the new Swiss Rules of International
Arbitration and has written a number of articles on arbitration related matters.

David is recognised in Legal 500 2006 and Chambers Europe 2007 "as a
leading individual in the field of Arbitration".
