Mr. Fratantoni's practice is primarily focused on M&A, with particular emphasis on Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions, advising private equity funds and financial institutions on domestic deals and on the Italian end of international deals. Mr. Fratantoni assists private and public companies in relation to their extraordinary corporate transactions and provides corporate companies with general ongoing advice.
 
Mr. Fratantoni has also remarkable experience in the gambling sector, advising domestic and foreign companies about relationship with domestic authorities as well as regulatory issues. Furthermore, Mr. Fratantoni’s experience includes litigation matters before Italian Courts and arbitrator panels, representing international companies on corporate and commercial disputes involving multiple claims and parties as well.

Prior to joining SJ Berwin in 2006, Mr. Fratantoni was a senior associate with White & Case.

Educated at the University of Pavia Law School, Mr. Fratantoni later studied for his LL.M Master of Laws at the University of Milan Law School.
