Linda is Ph.D. in EU Tax law at the University of Bologna, holds the LL.M. in International Taxation of the University of Leiden (The Netherlands) and qualified as Italian lawyer in 2003. She joined SJ Berwin in 2006, having previously worked for Allen & Overy.

Her expertise includes taxation of mergers and acquisitions, investment funds, employment benefit schemes, structured finance and taxation in the capital markets.

She regularly publishes on international taxation matters in international reviews and monographs, speaks at tax conferences and lectures on tax matters at university level and for various other organizations.
