Joanne Footitt is a Partner in the Real Estate Division. She holds LLB from Bristol University and qualified as a solicitor in 1997.  She joined SJ Berwin in 2001.

She has experience in all types of commercial property work including sales and purchases, lettings, surrenders, deeds of variation and licences. She also has experience in development work, including site assembly, letting, funding and disposals.Her clients include developers and institutions.
