Dr. Esther Filgut is an associate in the Frankfurt Office of SJ Berwin LLP.

Esther predominantly advisese German and international clients on various types of corporate law and corporate transactions including private equity, buy-outs and other M&A transactions.

Before joining SJ Berwin in 2004, Esther was the Assistant Professor at the Chair of banking and international commercial law at the University of Cologne; she studied law in Heidelberg.
