David Fitzgerald joined SJ Berwin as a trainee in 2002 having studied History at the University of Wales Swansea. He qualified as a solicitor in the Corporate Finance group in 2004.

David deals with all aspects of corporate finance M&A work, both public and private, including public takeovers, fundraisings and IPOs, company and business acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and reorganisations. He advises both companies and corporate finance/broking houses. He has specialist knowledge of the public markets in the UK and has advised on numerous flotations on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
