Arash is an Associate in the Private Equity in the Corporate Finance Department. Arash has wide experience in private equity and venture capital including advising on private company mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and funds formation. Arash’s recent transactions include advising:

  • a leading UK private equity manager on a secondary buyout of a portfolio of companies 
  • the formation of a joint venture by UK private equity manager with a particular focus on investing in distressed/stressed and turnaround situations
  • the establishment of a joint venture agreement between a UK private equity manager and an offshore investment manager relating to the capital raising and management of a listed investment vehicle 
  • the structuring and formation of global carried interest and co-investment arrangements across the global business lines for a leading UK private equity manager
