Toby advises on a range of private and public M&A work, as well as acting on fundraisings, IPOs and restructurings.

Recent transactions include advising Landsbanki on the corporate aspects of a consortium bid for Big Food Group plc; Musgrave on its successful auction bid for Londis (Toby had previously advised Musgrave on their successful public offer for Budgens); Wichford plc on its IPO on AIM; Wichford on its recent £100 million fundraising; Brixton plc on a number of property related transactions; a number of investments and refinancings of Video Networks Limited (operator of Homechoice broadband and pay TV service); Safestore plc on a management buy out backed by Bridgepoint Capital; AIT Group plc on its £20.5m rescue plan (which involved moving its listing from the Official List to AIM); and Associated British Foods plc on the acquisition of the Billington Food Group.
