Polly Daines has worked in the funds team at SJ Berwin since 2000. She advises on a wide range of private equity fundraisings, fund of funds, carried interest, co-investment and other incentivisation schemes and other fund related matters. She has a long-term relationship with Apax Partners and took the lead role in their most recent fundraising of Apax Europe VII.

Polly's other clients include SL Capital Partners LLP (Standard Life), SG Capital, Bank of Scotland and Intermediate Capital Group.
