Key highlights have included advising repeated AIM listed Pipex Communications plc on its £210 million disposal of its broadband and voice division, to Tiscali; on its £43 million acquisition of Caudwell Communications Limited, which trades as Homecall, and the related issuance by Pipex of an £80 million convertible bond; on its US$30 million joint venture with Intel Capital to exploit Pipex's WiMAX radio spectrum licence and on the acquisition by Pipex of Supanetwork Limited for £2.1 million, Switch 2 Telecoms Limited for £700,000, IDT Direct Limited for £24 million and Bulldog Communication Limited's broadband customer base and related intellectual property for £12 million. 

He has also represented AIM listed 365 Media Group plc ("365 Media") in connection with the £103 million recommended cash offer for its sale by British Sky Broadcasting Group plc; the Watermark Group Plc on the acquisition of ICL by its wholly owned in-flight catering subsidiary, Air Fayre Limited from Japan Airlines International Corporation Limited; AIM listed Alpha Strategic plc on the acquisition of Winton Advisors Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of, global hedge and futures fund manager, Winton Capital Management Limited; and advised Catalis NV, a Dutch listed company, in connection with its £4.4 million recommended cash offer for AIM listed Kuju plc.  During 2006, Jonathan also represented certain private individuals in their acquisition of the Kookai fashion business and the related join venture.
