Brendan is a senior Associate in the Banking Department.

He advises banks, borrowers and private equity houses on a wide range of domestic and international (including multi-jurisdictional) financing. In addition he advises on syndicated and bilateral loans, acquisition finance, property finance, (specialising in the use of partnerships, unit trusts and other entities as investment vehicles), secured and unsecured lending, debt restructuring, money laundering regulations, bespoke bank documentation and all types of security.
