Olivia Böhm joined the Munich office of SJ Berwin in 2005 and is a lawyer in the firm's Funds Group. Olivia has a range of commercial and finance experience, and now specialises in private equity and venture capital fund structuring, fund raising and co-investment arrangements.

Olivia graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) at the University of Melbourne in 2002, and is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Victoria, the High Court and the Federal Courts of Australia. Before joining SJ Berwin, she worked for the leading international law firm Baker & McKenzie.
