Manuel Biehler joined the Frankfurt office in January 2007 from Freshfields
Bruckhaus Deringer. He is an associate in the IP/IT/Commercial group, specializing
in rights protection and enforcement across all intellectual property disciplines –
patents, trade marks, copyright and designs.

Manuel also advises brand owners in all other areas of intellectual property law
and information technology, including advice in trademark, patents, copyright,
design and competition law. He further advises on all aspects of e-commerce and
data protection law.

Manuel graduated from the University of Frankfurt. He took his second state exam
in law in Frankfurt in 2006. In the course of his state exam he worked for Linklaters
LLP as well as Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as a trainee. From June 2006 to
January 2007 Manuel worked for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as an associate
in the IP/IT group.

Manuel is a member in GRUR, the German Association for Intellectual Property and
Copyright Law.
