Kevin specialises in all areas of UK tax law and has particular expertise in international tax law. He advises on the corporate tax aspects of a wide-range of cross-border transactions including group reorganisations, private equity and real estate fund structures, structured finance transactions and real estate acquisitions and financing.

Prior to joining SJ Berwin, Kevin practised at the Bar in Johannesburg. He practised in all areas of tax law while at the Bar. His practice comprised both advisory work and litigation. Kevin is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales.
