Dr. Jeannine Braune is a lawyer in the Frankfurt office of SJ Berwin LLP.

She focuses on domestic and multi-jurisdictional financing transaction including acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance and financial restructuring. In addition, she concentrates on corporate and capital market matters. She has a strong background in advising German and international clients in private equity/ venture capital transactions, M & A transactions and corporate restructuring transactions.

She studied law in Freiburg i.Br., Geneva and Munich before being admitted to the German bar in 1999. She obtained her Master of Law degree at the University of Pennsylvania in 2000 and her doctorate with a thesis on corporate and accounting law in 2005.
