Gregory Barclay is an associate in the Corporate Funds Group working in the
Munich office. Greg joined SJ Berwin in April 2007 with broad commercial and
negotiation experience and now advises on structuring and investing in private
equity funds.
 
Greg has a Bachelor of Arts & Science degree from McMaster University
(Hamilton, Ontario) and Master of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from the
University of Toronto. He is qualified as a barrister & solicitor in Ontario and as a
solicitor in England & Wales.
