Dr. Andreas Boos is an associate in the Firm's Munich office. He is a member of the EU & Competition Group, where he has experience in all aspects of German and European competition law and in the telecommunications, Energy and IT industries.

Andreas studied law at the University of Freiburg in Germany. He received his Dr. jur. with a thesis on German and European competition law in 2002 as a recipient of the Friedrich-Naumann-Foundation. During his studies, Andreas worked as a research assistant for the Chair of the Department of Commercial Law of the University of Freiburg.

Prior to joining SJ Berwin in 2006, Andreas worked two years as a lawyer for McDermott Will & Emery in Munich and as a Referendar in other leading international law firms in Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, Brussels, London and New York. He regularly serves as a guest lecturer at Columbia University in New York. Andreas is admitted to practice in Germany and is a member of the German competition law association (Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht).
