• drafting trust deeds, rules and other pension scheme-related documentation
• advising employers and trustees on the interpretation of scheme documentation and on the exercise of duties, powers and discretion in the light of relevant trust, company, financial services and pensions law advising on existing pensions legislation and case law, Inland Revenue limits and practice
• proposing advice in relation to proposed legislation
• advising with regard to the winding-up and merger of pension schemes
