Warren Allan joined SJ Berwin LLP as a trainee in 2002 having read law at University College London.  He qualified as a solicitor in the Corporate Finance Department in 2004.

Warren deals with a wide range of corporate matters including private company acquisitions and disposals, leveraged buyouts, business acquisitions and fund establishment.
