Nick Anstee has 20 years experience specialising in Financial and Operational
Restructuring, Buy-outs and Lead M&A Advisory, working across a range of sectors.

Nick joined SJ Berwin LLP as a Senior Director in 2007, bringing with him the
experience of having previously been lead Partner of Andersen’s Private Equity
advisory practice, before transferring to Deloitte when Andersen was acquired
in 2002.

As a corporate finance adviser, Nick has worked on a number of complex cross
border transactions in Europe and North America for a wide range of clients, including
many of the leading Private Equity houses, as well as developing successful client
relationships with multi-national companies such as Philips and ING.

Nick qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1982, completed an Executive Education
Programme at INSEAD in 2000 and was awarded an honorary Corporate Finance
qualification by the ICAEW Corporate Finance Faculty in November 2006 in recognition
of his "distinct and significant contribution to the Corporate Finance industry".

He plays an active part in the governance of the City of London and served as
Sheriff in 2004.
