Caroline is an Associate in the Corporate Finance Department. She studied at Bristol University and joined SJ Berwin LLP in 2006 having completed her training contract with Burges Salmon LLP.

Caroline deals with all aspects of corporate finance M&A work, both public and private, including public takeovers, fundraisings and IPOs, company and business acquisitions and disposals, venture capital, joint ventures, reorganisations and MBOs. As part of a team she advises both companies and corporate finance/broking houses and sponsors and, in particular, numerous flotations on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. Caroline also deals with corporate finance M&A work in the real estate sector including acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures.
