Federico is a partner in the Italian offices specialising in bank finance and general corporate law.

He is particularly experienced in the representation of lenders and borrowers in domestic and cross border acquisition finance transactions.

Before joining SJ Berwin as a partner, Federico was a senior associate in the Italian offices of a leading US law firm where he was in charge of the banking practice. Prior to that, he was an associate in a well known Italian boutique law firm (focusing on M&A, banking and corporate law) and a trainee in a Panamanian law firm (focusing on shipping and company law).

Educated at the University of Turin (LL.D), Federico subsequently gained an LL.M degree from the University of Southampton.

Apart from Italian (which is his native language), he speaks English and Spanish fluently.

Admitted in Italy as an avvocato, Federico joined SJ Berwin in January 2006.
