Arturo Meglio is an Italian and New York law qualified Partner in the Milan office of SJ Berwin.

After having practised for almost 7 years with top US and Italian law firms in London, New York and Milan, together with Alberto Morano and a handful of colleagues he has established the Italian operations of SJ Berwin in November 2005. Arturo regularly assists privately held and public companies as well as private equity funds and financial institutions in a number of domestic and international M&A and private equity transaction and assists them in the ongoing corporate needs arising in connection with specific transactions and their ordinary course of business. Arturo has also represented issuers or underwriters in a wide range of debt and equity capital markets transactions and arrangers and originators in multi jurisdictional securitization transactions involving different classes of assets.

Educated at the University of Rome "La Sapienza" Law School, Arturo later studied for his LL.M Master of Laws at the Georgetown University School of Law, Washington, DC.
