Dr. William Panagiotides joined SJ Berwin in 1996 and be-came a partner in the firm's Corporate Department in Frankfurt in 2001. William advises both German and International clients in the field of Private Equity and Mergers and Acquisitions. He specialises in transactional work but also handles general corporate and commercial work. William is a German lawyer as well as an Attorney-at-Law qualified in New York, USA.

William was educated at Frankfurt University and at New York University School of Law and reviewed a doctor in law in 1997.
