Tilman Siebert is a partner in the Munich office of SJ Berwin and specialises in antitrust and competition law.

His work includes merger control proceedings at the European Commission and the German Bundeskartellamt, multi-jurisdictional filings, cartel investigations and general competition law advice (including advice on compliance issues, JVs, licensing and distribution agreements).

Prior to joining SJ Berwin in 2005, Tilman worked for more than 5 years for another major law firm in Berlin and Brussels. Tilman is admitted as Rechtsanwalt (German qualified lawyer). He is a member of the German competition law association (Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht) and regularly publishes on competition law topics.
