Stephan Schmidt is a partner in the Frankfurt office. He is specialised in M&A transactions as well as commercial law and German Partnership and Company Law. In addition, as a former Revenue Officer, he has expertise in German tax questions.

After professional training and working as a Revenue Officer from 1984, Stephan studied law at the University of Frankfurt am Main and was admitted as a lawyer in Germany in 1991.
