Stefan Sebastiani is an associate in the Munich office of SJ Berwin LLP. He works in the firm's M & A and Private Equity groups and specialises in buy-out transactions and venture capital investments.

He studied law at the University of Münster (Germany) and at the University of Pamplona (Spain). Before joining SJ Berwin in 2006, Stefan worked as a litigation lawyer with the law firm Fehrenbach & Kollegen.

Stefan is admitted as a Certified Specialist in Commercial and Corporate Law (Fachanwalt für Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht).
