Dr. Stefan Krüger is a partner in the IP-IT/Commercial Group and is the head of its German practice. 

He represents a number of major brand owners as well as governmental institutions in all areas of intellectual property law, in particular in licensing matters. His practice includes contentious as well as non-contentious work. He has a particular focus on the new media sector, advising some of the major players in the interactive entertainment and online industry.

Stefan has a distinguished career in the IP/IT area. During his education he worked for law firms in Los Angeles, Washington, D.C. and Boston having qualified in 1995. He is a graduate of the Law School University of Münster, Germany, and in addition to his degree in law he has a degree in business administration. Stefan received his doctorate in 1998.

Stefan frequently publishes and gives lectures on intellectual property issues and is an active member in INTA as well as in GRUR, the German association for intellectual property.
